I like JCPennys except it lacks customer service and customers. I went in and there was literally 5 shoppers in this store. I could not find a sales associate anywhere. Had to go to the check out...

The associate at the front desk tried to sign up my 77 year old father for a credit card, and would've if I hadn't asked what he was putting his SSN in for, and he said I don't want a credit card...

If they're going out of business, why aren't the prices lower? And it's ridiculous that they don't open until noon on Sunday and 11 during the week.

Becky, an associate, refused to accept returned items that were purchased at JCPenney west town mall. It was only when a more experienced associate appeared that my situation was resolved.
