Hook & Ladder was short on meat. 30 minutes wait time for an in-house order. Understaffed. Tables need cleaning. Multi-drink machine had many selections out-of-order. Sweet tea ran out.

Used to go to this location once or twice a week. First problem was a bug was in the box with one sandwich. Second problem was app changes to sandwiches don't go through correctly to the kitchen....

Once again we placed an order for delivery and only a partial order was delivered. This has been a repeated problem.

LUCKILY my bacon wasn't done on my TBR. Took it off and this was under the bacon on the bread.
