I have to agree with a lot of the lower rated reviews for this Dunkin. The wait time here for any hot food item is ridiculous. Case in point, It took about 13-minutes for me to get my biscuit...

This location only has the drive thru opened. You have to download the app and order online Lobby not opened due to staff shortage Every time we come here the lobby is closed!
