We were seated and wait for 15mins without a server approaching our table. What made it worse was that multiple tables seated after us received service and had their orders taken.

I've been ordering here for years. Tonight, I had multiple issues and encountered the new Chili's. 1. I didn't receive my daughter's $7chili out of a $75 order.. Contacted them..not their fault...
