Always understaffed with 10 people in line. Customer service is nonexistent. Hey Refuel, do you drug screen your employees? Never seen a coherent cashier behind counter.

Bought beer and thought I left my wallet at Refuel. Drove back10 Minutes later and spoke to counter manager and she could a shit. Ask they manager but she never showed at front desk. Ummm....
