I went in just for an iced coffee there was five people working there. No one would wait on me. They made me stand in line to use the machine and the machine was I did not wanna touch it really bad

Went thru drive-thru about 30 min ago. Ordered 4 items. Only 1 item was correct. WTH. I could see if I had a large order but they can't even handle 4 items!!

Not my typical Dunkin, but felt like a treat on my way home from finishing my Invisalign treatment. Service was a little faster than I was expecting and relatively easy in and out.
