Humayra in returns has the patience of a saint. Give this girl a raise! People returning clearly used items and she walked them through patiently. Very good example of customer service

At the check out we couldn't touch the keypad because there was a roach. We couldn't do a return after 5 pm because it was Sunday!? Terrible
