I bought 2 pairs of glasses from here and they were ready exactly when they said they would be. Recently I broke my glasses and came in, Mark and Marnea were so kind to help me promptly....

I waited an hour from when my appointment was scheduled to be seen, despite arriving early. Would not recommend going here.
