Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton. Thyme is open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday & brunch Saturday-Sunday. Valet service is now available! Valet begins at 5pm Tuesday-Friday and 4pm Saturday-Sunday!
