Dr. Kramer received his bachelor’s of science degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1988, and his medical degree from University of Pittsburgh in 1992. He completed his surgical internship and Orthopaedic Surgery residency at University of Alabama in Birmingham, and was the administrative chief resident from 1997- 1998. He completed a six-month sports medicine rotation at Healthsouth Medical Center in Birmingham with the renowned Dr. James Andrews. He then completed a spine fellowship at the University of Maryland Hospitals in Baltimore in 1999. Dr. Kramer has received numerous awards and honors and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Southern Orthopaedic Association, as well as Allegheny County Medical Society and the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society. He is currently a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Kramer has a particular interest in the latest technologies in treating complex spinal disorders. He performs a wide range of spinal procedures, including kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures, anterior interbody lumbar fusions with the Bone Morphogenic Protein (BMP) sponge, InFuse, and reconstructive/revision surgeries for failed back syndrome. He and his wife Nicole reside in Wexford, PA with their two sons.

Dr. Drabicki is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine. During this time, Dr. Drabicki trained under nationally and internationally acclaimed shoulder specialists who pioneered many of the arthroscopic techniques employed today. After completion of his fellowship, Dr. Drabicki chose to return home and join GPOA. He currently resides in the Mars area with his wife, Katie, and two boys. As a sports medicine physician, and parent of two, Dr. Drabicki remains closely tied to high school and youth athletics, and often finds himself either on the sidelines as a team doctor or in the stands. He previously served as a head/assistant physician to the multiple collegiate and professional teams. He currently serves as the team physician for the Highlands Golden Rams and Freeport Yellow Jackets,and supports Mars and Pine-Richland athletic programs.
