One of the ladies was so rude. I needed to do a 24h urine collection. I specifically asked whoever took my blood if I need to make an appointment to drop off? They said no just come in and drop it...

The staff is incredibly rude and caused my test for a new employer to be rejected. I had to come in two additional times due to lack of assistance and a poor appointment scheduling process.
