I've only been to a Panera a couple of times. I was not overwhelmed. OTOH, I have been VERY impressed by their recent sandwich ads.

That was pretty bad. Came in the morning to get a sandwich. The lady at the Register was fairly new it took her a second to figure out the order. So I asked the manager her name is Sky to help...
