Norman's Hallmark Shop

Called and told me they had what I wanted in stock.. When I got there 5 minutes later... It was magically gone. That is NOT good customer service. Way better Hallmark stores a few minutes away.

Went in with my children (who were not touching anything and keeping to themselves) and the ladies at the register literally rolled their eyes at me. I thought maybe I was not seeing it...
