I needed a certain test right away. But I never got it, and apparently the order got lost in the shuffle. There was no explanation or apology, but I suspect the technician didn't draw enough blood...

The staff is so rude. It's worse than a diner. My wife is needle-phobic and they treated her like she was nuts and wouldn't let me come back with her. We came earlier than our appointment...
