Next you'll preform what we learn on the heavy bag, mitts, body protectors, noodles and other boxing equipment. We work in 3 minute rounds just like a real fight. In between rounds or after the boxing routine you move to general calisthenics, weight lifting, cardio training or whatever you are trying to focus on.
