Some packages containing school books were mistakenly delivered to our business. The manufacturer provided shipping labels and I scheduled a pick up to return them. FedEx never picked them up....

HORRIBLE!!! Three times now I've had a package that requires a signature indicate failed delivery because I wasn't home and ended up picking the package up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt...

Once again FedEx has did it again. I do not know how this service is even in business. We order from Hello Fresh weekly. Our packages are sent out on Friday from Columbus, OH (Hello Fresh)...
