I went to the Coach Factory Outlet in Lancaster last week and was very disappointed. The prices are outrageous for cheap products. I felt like I was looking at knockoffs from a street vendor....

Never greeted At least 4-5 employees No one spoke to me or offered to help:-( Other Coach outlets are fabulous for customer service-
