Well I gave them 3 chances over the last 2 weeks and each time they got my order wrong and I waited 15-20 minutes to get my food. It also seems they switched to a generic tasteless frozen burger...

This location is filthy inside and poorly maintained. The walls, tables and chairs are very grimy and the ceiling tiles are stained in multiple places.
