Wrappin and Rollin

History

We had a very humble beginning. We started serving samples, pre packaging and selling our food at the local farmers market and a local brewery, while we were searching for a truck to build. We hustled every weekend to make the farmers market happen, then we finally found our sweetest baby Gretyl (our name for the truck)! She was perfect for us. My husband and I immediately knew she was the one for us. We put a lot of time, energy and love into custom building the entire truck to suit our needs! We painted her the perfect green to symbolize our farm to table freshness! We started with very little money, but had been saving some in a match program which ended up paying for the majority of Gretyl's needs. Now almost four years later, we have a permanent location in our downtown area and we also get invited to many local and out of town events! We are so happy to serve our community our fresh plant based food. We look forward to meeting you and making you healthy one meal at a time!

Specialties

We offer the freshest farm to table ingredients in every bite. We often buy from local farms and support other small businesses in our area, so when you grab a quick healthy meal from us, you're also supporting our community. We have a variety of delicious foods such as wraps, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, cauliflower bites, rice bowls, cucumber salad and more! All our sauces for our rice bowls are made with mostly organic ingredients and individually for sale. We have garlic dill sauce, our famous better than yum sauce, cashew cheese, spicy peanut, teriyaki, BBQ, and sweet & spicy chili sauce. Most of our menu items are also gluten free. We carry a variety of natural sparkling juice waters to wet your pallet as well. You will not be disappointed.
