Trimet Ticket Office

I've documented my enthusiasm for various TriMet entities in the past (transit centers, MAX, buses, streetcars, etc.), and I want to extend the same enthusiasm to their ticketing office in Pioneer...

HR may be understaffed. They drop the ball in hiring process , are slow to reciprocate email Q and A. and have many communication break downs. my main beef is failure to communicate clearly.

V v v strange-- all gender bathroom behind one door, with a guard whose job it is to stand Inside .. to mind the order- or odor?!? Oh mannnnn

I was given a "free ride" on the 19 bus, and had to transfer to the max at Gateway...I was freaked out by the open drug use and lack of security at the station, and later given a written warning...

The folks who run this place are absolutely amazing. Very efficient and friendly.
