Great spot. Now under the Oxo hotel chain but when you pull up it still just says Waves hotel. They gave it some new paint, it's a simple hotel with a perfect location. For me, that's what I want...

The "Ocean View" is blocked by a building across the street. I'd hate to see what they call a "limited ocean view." This is from the third floor, also there is no elevator. The room has no chain...

Nice hotel, we arrived later than usual due to other factors and it was dark, raining and foggy. Friendly staff. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. No complaints here! Will start again
