I have to clarify that my two experiences simply dealt with beverage only service. The Palm Court is open for breakfast/early lunch and then they reopen around 5pm for HH and dinner. The Palm...

Terrible food. The $18 charcuterie looked and tasted like a lunchable. And came with four pieces of bread. This place does a disservice to the beautiful hotel that it sits in. Do not go here....

Eat elsewhere!!! How do you burn an omelet with poured eggs????? For three days the food hasn't been right! Ordered medium rare burgers - more than well THREE times!! Very slow service. Waited...

The hotel is decorated so nicely. The restaurant closed at 11:00 got breakfast but still gladly served us in line The food service and ambience was top drawer.
