Still full from my meal here. It's a cart that does pasta and a few other things, sometimes? the menu is small, but it's versatile enough for a whopping $10 you get premium pasta, made in house...

You get what you pay for $8 pasta. Chicken tasted left over, staff didn't seem to care.

You don't see a lot of pasta food trucks, but these guys are doing it right. Looks like they make the pasta fresh on-site. I had their artichoke, mozzarella, olive oil special, and it was awesome.

Fresh handmade pasta. We had the macaroni and cheese with peppers and bacon and the angel hair pasta with pesto. Nice al dente texture, creamy sauces, friendly neighborhood atmosphere here too....
