They need to stop hiring new girls and not training them and just leaving them by themselves to expect them to know what to do. I feel so bad for those girls. The Management must suck.

No one knows what they're doing here. Horrible customer service. Poor communication. No welcome. None of them are solution oriented... really poor management.
