I have used twice. Canceling is always more hassle than required. Each time they said I did not return items that I had. Keep your receipts!

They won't come pick up there garbage & then want to charge u if u don't hand deliver it back.

I went in to swap out my old dinosaur modem and replace with a new one and the guy working was very nice and explained to me how much I could be saving on my cell phone bill by switching.
