Incompetent. They don't get back to you and when they do it's with irrelevant answers. I am switching to Northwest Registered Agents. They cost a bit more, but they are actually helpful.

I would seriously recommend this to anyone trying to set up an LLC! They have been amazing, I had some issues with my email account they provided me and I sent 1 message out reporting the problem...
