History

We began coaching individuals on managing their personal finances in the middle of the great recession. We saw many of the those that were hurting were small business owners and so we broadened our expertise to include all of the pressures they deal with on a daily basis; time management, leadership, marketing, sales, operations, etc. We were soon introduced to executives and professionals in every industry cluster dealing with the similar challenges as well as a host of others; organizational & team dynamics, life cycles and market cycles, quality recruitment, etc. and so we again expanded our expertise and offerings to meet the needs. From the beginning it has been about finding and providing solutions to some of the most challenging problems facing individuals from all walks of life as well as organizations of all sizes.
