LOVELY

History

Owners of LOVELY, Josh Matthews and Sarah Adler got their inspiration for this eatery whilst traveling in Berlin for Josh's professional skateboarding career. While in Berlin, they visited a cafe called Super Foods and Organic Liquids and were hooked. They enjoyed fresh food that was prepared with love which left them feeling supercharged for the rest of the day; something they rarely experienced while traveling. After traveling for almost a decade, Springfield natives Josh and Sarah have returned home to pursue their dream and offer that type of feel-good food to the community. They hope to create a space where they can have happy bodies and souls, and help their customers to feel the same way. LOVELY works with local and fresh farms, including Deck Family Farm and Hideaway Bakery, to provide the highest quality of food to their customers.
