We celebrate the Pacific northwest through our brewing and cooking. Keeping it as locally sourced as possible, while respecting the seasons. Chef's are always writing new recipes and specials daily for all of our guests to enjoy. The Crew at Long Timber hosts all special occasions from business lunches, birthdays or even weddings at our restaurant or our sister property Paradise Springs. The Nystrom Family Constructed this building to pay tribute to the history of the logging industry of Oregon and taking a look at the décor may make you feel as though you are in a museum! From the Large saws overhead and antique tools from way back to the custom wood workings from all over it can take a hours to catch all the finer details. Come join us!
