Located in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, J. Christopher Wines follows a patient, Old World approach to making wines that clearly express the unique character of their cool-climate roots. Owned by renowned Mosel winegrower, Ernst "Erni" Loosen, the wines are hand-crafted in small lots and are sourced from some of the finest sustainably managed vineyards in the Willamette Valley. We're open daily for tastings from 10-5. Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins welcome for groups of 6 or fewer. Please call ahead for larger groups. We also welcome dogs, kids, and picnics. A quaint little spot with pretty views and tasty wines. There wasn't a ton of seating and I believe they only seat outdoors.
