History

The original Heising Resort was established around 1906. Eleanor Bechen opened the House on Metolius in 1947. The resort passed to the Lundgren family in 1965, and continued to a quiet and secluded retreat for fly fisherman and other nature lovers.

Book a cabin at this beautiful two-hundred acre estate on the Metolius River, with magnificent views of Mt. Jefferson and Three Finger Jack. Hike along the river and in the surrounding forests, enjoy some fly fishing or just relax and take in the pristine landscape.
