What an awesome butcher. Great shop with great quality meats and... Duck Fat!! Duck Eggs, etc! Nowhere better to find duck fat for making some restaurant quality food at home!

Great selection and great customer service. Guy was super helpful in cutting up our steaks and very knowledgeable. Great little find on the Oregon Coast! Love that they have dog bones too
