This place is super small and was pretty busy for 4:30pm. I had an appointment and it only took around 30 minutes to get a new id + photo. Definitely recommend scheduling in advance if possible.

We walked up and there's a crack head smoking a cigarette 3 feet from the building. We walk in, it's stuffy and it smells like piss and cheesy fat rolls. We left immediately!
