Service isnt my complaint. But after researching on line for a specific item, I found it wasnt available at the usual retailers near me. Called Ferguson and was told they had the item in stock....

This place is the worst. Unless you are a known good ol boy plumber who had always gone there they will tax you worse than any other place. Plus, their service will be terrible as they let others...
