All perishable samples and pesticide and herbicide analysis samples should be frozen before being sent to our lab. Please ship the sample in an insulated container with ice packs, or dry ice, to keep the contents at optimum temperature. Be sure to thoroughly pack any samples that may have a high juice or liquid content as they may leak and contaminate other samples. A Sample Submission Form must accompany all samples; without one we cannot begin the analysis process. Please include the form with the sample, or email or fax us a copy of the completed form before the sample arrives. Samples are accepted Monday through Friday, 8: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Special delivery times can be arranged in advance if required. Please contact us if this applies to you.
