I would give them zero stars if I could. I've deposited countless checks into my account at this branch and all of a sudden they can't accept them?!? Claiming the business name doesn't match...

Long story short, during this pandemic; Bree was so helpful and showed she cared about what was happening to me. This is a great bank to be with. Thank you to Bree, and the branch as a whole.

Don't ever bank here. Walk away... more like RUN away!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Go to the Chase on South Commercial and Madrona. Much nicer staff and actually competent!!!...
