I actually hate this place. Haven't gone here in 5 plus years after a horrible experience in 2020. Can confirm, they don't change. Maybe some DEI training so that everytime you answer the phone...

This is a horrible company with no customer service ethic. Our stereo broke, they received the money from the extended warranty company and refused to put in a new radio. A dishonorable group....

I bought a Kenwood stereo for my car and an extended warranty. the Kenwood stereo failed and Car Toys said the radio went bad and needed to be replaced. that was in August. Now they tell me...
