CABA Authentic Argentine empanadas, is a family business formed by Argentinian couple Gerardo and Laura. Gerardo has worked in the restaurant business for more than 15 years and ran his own pizzeria and empanada business before moving to the United States in 2014. He is passionate about the food industry and enjoys being in the kitchen cooking for friends and family. Together, they are now bringing they're authentic Argentine empanadas to Southern Oregon and inviting you to be a part of this Argentine tradition. They opened their storefront in May 2019 and offer a variety of savory & sweet empanadas. They are all handmade, baked fresh daily with all natural, fresh and local ingredients. CABA Food truck is at the Ashland and Medford Growers Markets on Tuesdays and Thursdays & local events.

A pitstop in Medford and was a bit hungry, so decided to try this place specializing in empanadas! Walking in had a cozy vibe and the person that took our order was very sweet and welcomed us....
