Simple order. Whopper with cheese matchup mustard only. Repeated it twice. Still could not get it right. Had to leave drive thru to get it fixed. Almost rude response. Horrible. Done here...

Rude old woman at the drive through window. They tried to charge me for a bottle of water that I had not ordered. When I told her that they had my order incorrect, she was having none of it....

Ed And Pam are awesome. Very friendly and great customer service. Yes there may be days when only two or three people are working, but honestly this is the best Burger King I have ever visited....
