Friends warned me that these franchises are garbage, staffed by kids with 6/wk certificates. Are any of them medically-trained PT's? It's doubtful. I should have listened. Stick with referrals...

they constantly cancel appointments and telling you need to wait until you come in to have replacement appointment. we are the ones coming in as patients so be helpful not stressed
