Small Restaurant (made smaller by COVID restrictions) making great American classics with a twist! Locally sourced ingredients, and a business model that emphasizes preparation allows us to do a variety of dishes that a small restaurant operating with 1 chef (I did emphasize how small it is right?) at a time has no real business trying to pull off!

This looks cute when you enter, and the parking lot was full, which is usually a good sign. On entering, it's a small cosy space, with a very coastal feel and ambiance. All the tables are busy...
