Pros: I never have any problems with this UPS store. There's always plenty of parking. There's never a line. Customer service is good. Cons: not as easily accessible as other shipping places....

Terrible service, I was the only customer in with 4 employees in the back and was told I'd be helped in a second twice in 15 minutes while the employees sat in the back offices talking about...

This store is the absolute best. They are so helpful, especially Bil and Darian. If I have a problem with the Amazon kiosk or need to mail a package they are very helpful and take care of you.

Friendly staff who will get you taken care of in a snap. Good central location! Especially like that you can return Amazon packages here (don't even need the box!)
