No doctor on site. The receptionist performed part of my exam. The exam was virtual with a "technician" I couldn't understand. My Rx sucks. DO NOT GO HERE." It's a corporate money grab.

I brought in my daughter for her glasses for school, and a pair for myself... i wasn't told that there would be a two week wait yet alone almost a MONTH! Customer service from the ladies was great...

Non existent customer service. No way to look up insurance plans. One person helping a customer with multiple customers waiting on a Saturday afternoon.
