Waiting for four days for an out-of-stock item. Every day the app says "Pick it up tomorrow". Today, day four, it tells me to come pick it up. At the window, they tell me it's out of stock....

Depends on day and time of day. Good service some times. Other times can be a bigger challenge to get served in the pharmacy.
