if you're new to tattoos they will charge what they can get out of you. don't haggle, they'll get rude or rush the tattoo. Yes tattoos are that petty Goodluck on your tattoo life

The tattoo ended up blowing out. I went back and a different artist "fixed" it for free (ofc there's not much you can do). I went back for another tattoo after and it healed great.
