Friendly service! I had an issue at another target where the tag was left on an item I purchased. The customer service was friendly and removed it. Going later in the evenings during the week...

As far as boy clothes for infant through toddler I give them an epic fail "F", you've got about six or seven ok I'll be generous and say 10 racks in the midst of an entire department of girl stuff.
