What a confusing situation. You pull up to the drive-thru and are greeted by an automated welcome, no problem. The prerecorded voice doesn't even finish and a voice asks what I want. The menu is...

The service at Smoothie King was excellent today thank you young man! My PB Swizzle with extra blueberries minus strawberries was delicious. And the Açaí Hazelnut Cocoa bowl.

Bad customer service, rude and lack of politeness. As soon as The drive thru window opened, it smelled like trash, it was sickening, I lost my appetite.
