These people are not friendly and will take advantage of you. I brought close to 30 pounds of clean, crushed aluminum cans and got paid for 20 as if they were dirty aluminum (.40 a lb). Force...

River Metals Recycling is a wholly owned venture of Cincinnati-based David J. Joseph Company, which is one of the largest scrap metal companies in the United States. River Metals is headquartered in Fort Mitchell, Ky., and was formed in August 1998 to better serve its regional customers. The company is one of the largest scrap processors in Kentucky and in the greater Cincinnati area, with processing yards in Newport, Louisville, Henderson, Somerset, Owensboro and Livermore, Ky. Its equipment includes automobile shredders, an aluminum shredder, balers, shears, mobile shearing, torch processing, auto crushers and an extensive truck and railcar fleet.
