We've purchased a Bernina and two Baby Lock machines from them. We've taken them and our other machines for service and it's worked out well. Quilt Beginnings have always treated us fairly....

With a new owner, this place has gotten better. But they gave me bad info on a machine I wanted to buy from them. Very solid fabric and notion selection though. I've taken several classes here too.

I purchased fabric for myself and a customer. My customer did not like some of the fabric which was purchased. I tried to return it and was told they didn't take returns.....no sign was posted...
