Caracole provides direct care services and housing to individuals and families living with HIV and AIDS. Its staff offers case management and referral services, as well as mutual caring and 24-hour support. The organization has provided housing services to more than 850 people since its inception in 1987. It also provides food, linen and household supplies. The organization offers rental subsidies for homeless individuals living with HIV and AIDS and their families through its shelter plus care program. It is a member of United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and Better Business Bureau. Caracole is located in Cincinnati. The organization partners with various organizations and individuals, such as Hamburger Mary's, Ovation Theatre Company, Metronation, and Raymond Wong to help raise funds that support its clients.
